1. Retail Status & Purchase Eligibility

All products are sold for lawful retail purchase only.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Refuse service at our discretion

  • Cancel orders suspected of reseller abuse, automated purchasing, fraud, or policy circumvention

High-demand product allocations may be restricted without notice.

2. Market Volatility & Pricing Authority

Trading card products are collectible commodities subject to real-time market volatility.

  • All prices are final at time of checkout.

  • We do not offer price matching, retroactive discounts, or post-purchase price adjustments.

  • Product pricing may change at any time without notice.

Errors in pricing, availability, or product description may result in order cancellation. In such cases, payment will be refunded.

3. No Returns – Collectible Products

Due to tamper sensitivity and collectible integrity:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on:

  • Booster boxes

  • Booster packs

  • Sleeved packs

  • Bundles

  • Tins

  • Blisters

  • Graded cards

  • Raw singles

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Pull rates

  • Pack contents

  • Market fluctuations

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor print variance or factory imperfections

Any product returned showing signs of opening, resealing, manipulation, or tampering will be refused and documented.

4. Condition Standards

Raw singles are evaluated using commercially recognized grading standards. Minor edge wear, centering variance, or factory print lines may exist.

If precise condition is material to your purchase decision, you are responsible for requesting additional images prior to checkout.

5. Product Authenticity & Integrity

We guarantee that all products sold are authentic and sourced through legitimate supply channels.

Manufacturer defects, print quality issues, or packaging imperfections are outside of our control and are not grounds for return.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk Transfer

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the order is delivered to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Transit damage claims not reported within 48 hours

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for carrier claims unless shipping insurance is purchased.

7. Pre-Orders & Allocations

Pre-orders are:

  • Charged at time of purchase

  • Subject to manufacturer release date changes

  • Subject to allocation adjustments

If allocations are reduced by distributors, we reserve the right to adjust quantities or issue refunds accordingly.

Pre-orders are non-cancelable once submitted.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently restrict accounts

  • Submit documentation to payment processors

  • Pursue recovery of fraudulent chargebacks

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VooDoo Vault TCG Collectibles shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of collectible value

  • Market depreciation

  • Missed investment opportunity

All products are sold as collectibles only. No investment guarantees are expressed or implied.
