Refund & Return Policy

At VooDoo Vault TCG Collectibles, we take pride in offering authentic trading card products and apparel. Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are handled under the following guidelines:

Sealed Trading Card Products

All sealed trading card products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on booster boxes, booster packs, sleeved packs, bundles, tins, blisters, or any other sealed product. All sealed sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

Trading Card Singles

All singles are final sale. Card condition is represented as accurately as possible to the best of our ability. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.

Apparel & Custom Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn and unwashed apparel items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email Support@voodoovaulttcg.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: contact us within 48 hours of delivery, include photos of the packaging and product, and email Support@voodoovaulttcg.com. We will review all claims and work to resolve issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or sealed trading card products
  • Trading card singles
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
